Sadness and Sorrow.

Watched stars for a cause and this episode is about elderly people in Taiwan. Derrick Ho is the host and he went there to help the elderly as well as interacting with the kids at there. This episode is rather touching and the elderly there were very heartwarming and always bring a smile to people no matter who. An elderly man with no teeth at all, upon seeing them bringing the bento to him, he smiled widely and these smiles really warms our hearts. What left me a great impression are the family with an elderly woman, uncle and his grandson. His grandson recently loses his job due to his parents being hospitalized and that due to the running about to the hospital causes him to lose his job and now he is jobless and plus he need to take care of his grandma and uncle. What makes me disheartened to see is that his grandma broke down into tears while eating her bento. Volunteers, his grandson as well as Derrick has to console her but he kept weeping saying that she feels heart wrenching to see her son being hospitalized. I really sympathy his grandson for not being able to find a job, which means no income and plus now he need to bear all the taking care to himself :( he was really thin and seeing him makes me sad also somehow, though I'm not related to them but as an audience by the tv, seeing this makes everyone sad too. Hereby, I hope he find a stable job soon and also be able to juggle his work and taking care of his family. A guy who is in charge of bringing free bento to the elderly household, I find him very noble as you can see, not many people are willing to sacrifice their time and effort to do all this volunteering work and he does it without complain. This teaches me something. Me, myself too is not some noble person but I do feel compassionate for people. Hope I get the chance to help a little.. :)what can I say, this show is meaningful :)
